  Wow! Talk about a hidden gem! They were super nice, adorable, and the food was delicious. I'm surprised this place isn't packed day and night! My recommendation: Spring Rolls, Pho, and Boba Smoothie.

  As an out-of-towner driving through Paris I was a little intimidated when I walked in Long Cheng Deli. Their isn't much to the restaurant and I was afraid it was another little greasy American-styled Asian place. The menu on the wall gave me enough pause to go ahead and try it out. I ordered the Red Curry Noodle soup (instead of the pho) and a couple of egg rolls. The egg rolls appeared to be handmade and had a nice crunch and selection of vegetables and rice noodles inside. The dipping sauce was very salty, but it was good and very nicely spiced. The soup arrived several minutes later and was very good. The broth was nice and rich, the chicken and bamboo shoots were well done, and the noodles were perfect. The flavors were fantastic and very authentic. I noticed, too, that the temperature of the soup was perfect, not too hot or cool. I was very impressed with the soup and feel like this nice little restaurant is a hidden jewel in the area.
